Besides daytime hunts there’s also nighttime foraging available starting off with tastings paired up with one truly breathtaking view–the setting sun over Motovun Forest. 1. A symphony of truffle creations; We start out strong serving assorted regional cheeses, honeys, salamis along with locally produced spirits each infused with aromatic black diamonds (truffles).
