Pick up by arrangement from your hotel
Our journey usually begins with a drive down Macquarie Street to get a sense of how the history of Sydney has changed since its days of early settlement.
The Royal Botanic Gardens, Sydney Opera House & Harbour Bridge
We enter the Royal Botanic Gardens precinct where we take a short stroll to see some lovely views. From here you can capture that perfect photo of the Sydney Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Then we stroll down to Mrs Macquarie’s Chair for a little bit of history right on our harbour foreshore.
The Beautiful Eastern Suburbs of Sydney
We will drive through lively Woolloomooloo and Kings Cross before we leisurely make our way through the beautiful Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. You will see how each suburb is a small village in its own right as we introduce you to Double Bay, Rose Bay, Parsley Bay or Nielson Park, Vaucluse and Watson’s Bay. We explore Sydney’s East by car and on foot taking in some beautiful secluded bays in the area where big tourist buses do not visit. We’ll get to see where Sydney siders hang out! We stop at a beautiful harbourside park to provide you with a special morning tea made up of Aussie snacks and, of course, a taste of Vegemite! We take you to an area called The Gap and show you the brilliant cliffs and waters of the Pacific Ocean. Our harbour and coastal exploration gives you a real insight into life in Sydney.
Lunch at Bondi Beach
Of course we take a stop at iconic Bondi Beach and, weather permitting, you’ll have time to take some great photos.
Paddington, Chinatown
After lunch at Bondi Beach it’s on to the wonderful suburbs of Paddington and Chinatown.
The Historic Rocks Area
Before returning you home via a drive through the historic Rocks area.
2:30PM - Tour Ends
Your tour ends around 2.30pm, so you can enjoy the afternoon at your leisure or head back to your cruise ship.
