Itinerary : 5 Days Morocco Desert Tour 5 Day Trip Fes To Marrakech Day 1 : Fes – Ifrane – Cedar of Azrou – Erfoud – Merzouga Our Private Morocco tour, will start in the city of Fes, from there we will head towards Ifrane, a charming mountain village known for its ski resort. We will continue to the cedar of Arzou, beautiful forest full of wild monkeys where we will stop to take photos, feed the monkeys and observe the local wildlife. We will have lunch in Midelt, known as the village of apples, we will continue to the Erfoud City rich in fossils and desert region. We will arrive in Merzouga where we will change vehicles to ride the camels, take a walk through the desert and spend the night in the Berber tent. Day 2 : Excursion in the desert of Merzouga During your excursion to Merzouga you will have the opportunity to explore the desert in 4×4. We will visit the nomadic families and learn about their way of life.you will have the opportunity to get to know the oasis of Merzouga and discover the Gnaoua music in the village of khamlia. You can taste a delicious Berber pizza. Finally, you will return to the camel camp. See the stars and enjoy a traditional Berber dinner and Berber music, spend the night in Berber tents. Day 3: Merzouga – Zagora desert Your Morocco adventure will take you from Merzouga to Zagora. You will leave Merzouga and cross the small desert of Hamada, an expanse of rocky desert plains. Along the way, you’ll pass small villages and oases, offering a glimpse into the traditional Berber way of life. After crossing the desert, you will arrive at the Zagora palm grove, a lush oasis of date palms and other vegetation. Here you can explore the local markets and enjoy a traditional Moroccan lunch. After lunch, you will continue to Zagora, where you can spend the night in a local hotel or guest house. Day 4 : Zagora desert – Ouarzazate You will start your journey in Zagora, a small town located in the Draa Valley. From there, you will travel through the desert and visit the Kasbah of Agdz. You will also have the opportunity to explore the nearby oasis and enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding mountains. After a day of sightseeing, you’ll spend the night in Ouarzazate, a city known for its film studios and traditional architecture. Here you can explore the local markets. Night at the hotel. Day 5 : Ouarzazate – Marrakech Visit the Kasbah of Taourirt, and Studios Atlas before heading to the village of Ait Ben Haddou. The Kasbah is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is one of the most popular tourist attractions in the country. You can explore the ancient architecture, enjoy stunning views of the surrounding mountains, and learn about the history and culture of the region. we will continue to the Kasbah of Telouet, the former residence of the Glaoui family. Crossing the High Atlas Mountains, the highest mountain range in North Africa, and enjoying the breathtaking views of the snow-capped peaks (in winter). Finally, arrival in Marrakech.
