Who We Are You can't describe the Camping if you haven't experienced it in the 2000s, when at San Salvario it was an institution and its offer made mouths water beyond borders. Now many things have changed: the staff who studied to provide friendly but efficient service, cocktails that evolved adapting to seasons with a pinch of British humour (few words for those who understand) and cuisine which developed a menu rich in options including choices for happy hour or dinner-aperitif. What hasn't changed are Erasmus evenings, nights spent laughing and playing five-a-side football and music, with DJ sets all weekend long. Needless to say large spaces lend themselves well to social events and parties; why wouldn't we try them out?
