On the hike you’ll walk through pine forests, photograph the dramatic mountain scenery and gorges and marvel at massive sheer cliff faces. There are two walking routes available that loop back on themselves; an easier six kilometre / four mile route taking about an hour forty five minutes or a tougher nine kilometres / six mile option lasting three hours fifteen minutes. This latter trail does require considerably more physical effort. Both walks proceed at a leisurely pace suitable for groups who want time to enjoy their surroundings. Afterward we suggest having lunch either in one of our traditional Spanish tavernas where they serve up authentic regional cuisine away from tourist haunts - or alternatively heading directly towards these natural hot pools located nearby. These warm waters here remain consistently temperate throughout every season maintaining temperatures around twenty three degrees Celsius seventy three Fahrenheit so it's always perfect swimming weather!
