Welcome to my kitchen! I am a professional chef, born and raised in Bologna for three generations, and I am dedicated to teaching the authentic art of Italian and Bolognese cuisine. My specialty is handmade pasta, crafted exclusively with fresh eggs and flour sourced directly from the mill. However, my classes offer more than just recipes: as an enthusiast of Italian Food History, I will guide you through the evolution of our dishes and how they gained fame worldwide. I will welcome you into my family home: a bright apartment with a large terrace and a shared garden, located just outside the medieval walls of Bologna’s city center. In an authentic and international atmosphere, you will learn to create the perfect fresh pasta with seasonal pairings, including both meat-based and vegetarian options.
