Tour From The Hills to The Beaches

Medium difficulty tour of about 47 kilometers and an elevation gain of 740 meters on total; you can modify this to make it shorter but still very interesting. The route forms a loop and is suitable for everyone since most part takes place along easy dirt roads. In the first section we will venture inland through the island admiring its unspoiled nature passing by dirt tracks and pastures with free animals together with some archaeological sites that are open to visitors. We'll reach small panoramic points before arriving at beautiful beaches and forests on the eastern coast where fun trails and fantastic single tracks await us. You'll be able to swim at Cape Comino beach or Berchida Beach until reaching the oasis of Bidderosa -a natural park featuring paths leading to five tiny coves surrounded by crystal clear sea-. Not to miss if you enjoy cycling and spending four or five hours totally immersed in complete silence away from every kind of civilization.
