4 Days Toubkal & Ouanoukrim Climb

The 4 Days Toubkal & Ouanoukrim Climb starts with a transfer from Marrakech to Imlil, where you will meet the local team and begin the trek towards Toubkal refuge, arriving in the afternoon. Day two includes an attempt to climb North Africa's highest peak, Mount Toubkal, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Returning to camp for the night, day three features a climb up Mount Ouanoukrim providing excellent views over the Toubkal National Park. Spending your last night at Toubkal Refuge before descending gently through the valley toward Imlil on day four, enjoy lunch here before heading back to Marrakesh. All in all this demanding yet satisfying hike takes place against some truly spectacular scenery.

4 days in the Berber villages

This excursion explores the picturesque valleys of Imlil, Azzaden, Imnane, and Asni, beginning with a 7am departure from Marrakech. Along the way, you'll pass through the fertile Haouz plain, fragrant with olive, apricot, and apple orchards, as well as cereal crops. The trek takes you through villages such as Tachedirt, Matat, and Tizi Oussem, providing insights into local life and stunning scenery. Key attractions are the Tizi n Tamatert and Tizi n Oudid mountain passes, along with the Ighouliden waterfalls. Your adventure ends back in Imlil after approximately five hours on foot.

Embark on a thrilling 3-day journey from Marrakech to the Merzouga Desert. The adventure begins with a visit to the UNESCO-listed Ait Ben Haddou, a cinematic treasure, and continues to Ouarzazate’s Atlas Studios. We then explore the captivating Dades Valley before spending the night in a Berber family’s accommodation, immersing ourselves in an authentic experience. Day two brings us to the Toudra Gorges, a climber’s paradise, and culminates in a magical camel ride to a desert camp for a stunning sunset. The final day treats us to a sunrise spectacle before our return trip, passing through the Draa Valley’s kasbahs and the varied landscapes along the way to Marrakech.

Imlil Day excursion

Trekking in the Atlas Mountains is one of the most attractive activities you can do from Marrakesh in a single day. A mix of Berber villages, with a short walk through some surrounding them near the village of Imlil; lush greenery and wide open areas await us there. Enjoy magnificent panoramic views over these majestic peaks! This excursion suits people of all age groups and fitness levels alike. Departure time from Marrakesh will be at 7h30am. We start our trek at 9h30am until about 16h00 (4 pm). Return trip back to Marrakesh scheduled approximately by 17 h 30 min. Assistance provided upon arrival and transfer back to your hotel or riad in Marrakesh.

Toubkal climbing

Toubkal Trek 2 Days Day 1 - Imlil - Toubkal Refuge We travel by private transfer from Marrakech to Imlil, which takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Upon arrival, we meet our team of mules and guides and begin the hike toward the Toubkal Refuge. Before proceeding along the mule path to the Toubkal Refuge (3200m), we enjoy a picnic. The total walking time is approximately 6 hours. At the refuge, guests can choose between staying in dormitory accommodations within the refuge or camping outdoors. Day 2 - Toubkal Refuge - Toubkal Summit - Imlil Early breakfast at around 5am allows us to make the most of the crisp morning air while ascending to the summit of Mount Toubkal. While the climb isn’t particularly challenging, it does require effort due to some steep and rocky terrain—the difficulty level depends on your fitness. From the summit, there are breathtaking panoramic views stretching northward over the plains of Marrakech and southward across the Sahara Desert. You'll also see numerous other peaks from the High Atlas mountain range and glimpses of the nearby village of Imlil. After enjoying snacks and capturing photographs atop the peak, we retrace our steps down to the refuge just in time for lunch. Following lunch, we embark on the gradual descent back to Imlil. Although this part of the journey is less strenuous than the ascent, it is lengthy, so expect to arrive late in the afternoon. Afterward, continue onward to Marrakech unless an extra overnight stay has been arranged in Imlil.

Agafay Desert Experience

The Agafay Desert is much closer to Marrakech about 30 km south of the city and is actually a single desert that can be explored in a single day from Marrakech We drive from Marrakech to Agafay desert around 4pm. The trail takes about 40minutes to get there. First we will be welcomed by the local team and get a cup of mint tea. Afterwards we go for camel ride and Quads tour over the desert. To enjoy the sunset time. Then our diner will be served by local staff in a very romantic place with local music. Then a special spectacle (fire show) After we will drive back to Marrakech. NB: We will pick up you from your hotel 10 minutes before the event starts
