Ultimate Relaxation Pack 45min floating session and 45min Massage

It is recommended to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to fully benefit from the introduction to the float experience. Once ready, you will access the dedicated room, where you will take a shower and immerse for 45 minutes in a bubble completely isolated from the outside, filled with water at skin temperature and saturated with 550 kg of Epsom Medical salt. You will float on your back without being able to distinguish the boundary between your body and the water (thermal neutrality). Like floating in space. This total absence of external distractions allows a real break for the mind, promoting stress reduction, improved sleep, and muscle relaxation. At the end of your session, you will exit the capsule and take a shower to remove the Epsom salt that has accumulated on your skin. Next, you will be directed to the massage room for a relaxing 45-minute massage using pure argan oil and organic essential oils.  You can then go to our relaxation room, where you will be offered drinks according to your preferences. You will then have plenty of time to relax.
