The Cooking & Weaving Experience

Your cultural adventure starts in the kitchen with guidance from an expert chef. This active, participatory cookery lesson culminates in a fantastic shared lunch that everyone enjoys together afterwards. You'll learn about some legendary recipes as well as useful hints and tips for achieving just the right flavourings - along with ideas so you can reproduce those signature meals back home. Afterwards it’s time to sample what your efforts have produced before taking a leisurely stroll out to see our Llamas which helps aid digestion after such a hearty feast; then upon returning we begin the complete textiles experience – including carding fleece, spinning yarn and dying fabric all done using traditional methods involving local materials sourced from within the Peruvian Andes To round off proceedings perfectly we make ourselves some unique friendship bracelets!
