What IS included?
🚗 Stress-Free Arrival: Your private transfer from Liberia International Airport (LIR) to Rainbow Place is included to ensure a seamless and worry-free start to your retreat.
🍹 Refreshing Welcome Drink: Kick-start your retreat with a delicious and healthy drink that will set the tone for your journey to wellness.
🏡 5-Day/4-Night Accommodation (Friday-Tuesday or Thursday-Monday - upon request): Relax in our cozy, fully-equipped, private one-bedroom apartment, the perfect sanctuary for your getaway (for singles or couples - double bed).
🥗 Nutritious Meals: Each day we'll prepare delicious, fresh, and healthy breakfasts and dinners. For lunch, we invite you to discover the local cuisine by visiting the charming nearby restaurants and sodas (as we probably will be discovering some of the amazing natural sites around the lake).
🧘♀️ 4 Private Yoga Sessions: Enjoy a 100% customized yoga class tailored to your individual needs, whether you are a beginner or intermediate. If you arrive on Thursday, you will share a class with a small group of local yogis (max. 5).
🔔 Relaxing Shavasana: Immerse yourself in deep relaxation as you allow yourself to be carried away by the soothing sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowls during an unforgettable Shavasana.
🌿 Nature Connection Walk: A guided walk through the Tico Wind Nature Reserve to connect with the powerful energy of Lake Arenal and its nature.
🌺 Views of Our Garden and the Lake: Enjoy the natural spectacle of hummingbirds visiting our flowers and medicinal plants, a beautiful scene visible directly from your window. Reconnect yourself just observing the magnificent Lake Arenal.
💆♀️ An Energy Healing Session (60 min.): A deep therapy to balance your energy using Reiki, Orgonites and the healing sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowl.
Free time to relax and enjoy the best views of Lake Arenal, read, meditate inside the energy pyramid, walk through the nature reserve located 5 minutes from Rainbow Place; visit a nearby tourist and natural attractions, or receive a holistic therapy (not included in the program - optional, with additional cost).
What is NOT included? (optional, with extra cost)
Lunch and alcoholic beverages are not included.
Half-day or full-day excursions to natural sites, tourist, cultural or beach attractions (additional cost might apply).
Recreational and adventure activities, such as: SUP on Lake Cote; kayaking at the Lake, lake tour with the Catamaran Tucan Arenal, private trimaran tour, windsurfing, kitesurfing, wakeboarding classes, etc. Ask without obligation for more options and activities (all these services are offered by companies outside Rainbow Place and have an extra cost).
Transfers from and to any other places except the one at the arrival to Rainbow Place.
Any other trip-excursion and entrance fees to tourist attractions, as well as other transfers to the airport or other locations after the pick-up (request a service quote in advance).
Extra night accommodation.
Any other Holistic Therapy or spa treatment than the listed above.
Car rental.
Does not include airfare, medical insurance, traveler insurance, or any other service/item listed above.
At the end of the retreat, transfer from Rainbow Place to LIR (Liberia) Airport is not included. Aprox. is $130 payed directly to our trusted taxi driver. For a SJO transfer we will quote it with our trusted taxis/transfers.
