Throughout our journey along the coast line, we’ll make stops where you may choose to swim and relax on beaches during the trip. I’m Davide Premoselli, a fashion photographer, I’ve been working in Milan for years now. Together, for an hour we will take pictures in the historic center of Milan. Starting from couple portraits to more fashionable photographs, also passing from family photos to beautiful travel souvenir photos. My activity as a professional photographer over the years has taught me to get to know Milan and its best views. I will take photo sets in the major tourist attractions of Milan, we will start from the Duomo and then go to the Vittorio Emanuele gallery and towards Castello Sforzesco passing through Via Cordusio and Via Dante. We will take an hour of photographs in the iconic streets of Milan and in some lesser-known but equally characteristic views! Within two working days I will undertake to edit and send the photos via email, transfer or telephone number. I give the possibility to choose up to 10 photographs to be edited in depth via Adobe Lightroom, the edited photos will be delivered in the same way as the previous ones within a week of selection. In case of my unavailability, one of the collaborators who have supported me in my business for years will be there, guaranteeing quality service and results.

We will have 4 double cabins for passengers and 1 for staff, 3 bathrooms, and spacious and comfortable common areas both above and below deck. A typical day begins with an early wake-up call to go ashore by tender and practice hatha yoga. Upon returning on board, breakfast will be waiting for you. Next, sailing and a stop for lunch, with everyone pitching in to help with the galley. After a moment of relaxation, we set sail again, trying to make the most of the wind to have fun and reach our destination for the night. At our destination for the day, before dinner, we meditate. The evenings are convivial moments. After tidying up the kitchen, we share a little about ourselves and tell stories of the sea. Every day we will try to find time to go ashore and explore the island or the villages.

After some relaxing time at anchor, we hoist the sails once more, making the best use of the wind to enjoy ourselves while heading towards our overnight anchorage. At each daily destination, meditation takes place before dinner. Evenings are social times; after cleaning up the kitchen area, there's sharing personal experiences and tales of life at sea. Every day we aim to spend some time exploring either the islands or nearby towns onshore.

Our home for a week will be a spacious and comfortable Oceanis 461 with 5 cabins (4 double cabins for passengers and 1 bunk cabin for staff), 3 bathrooms, a large dining area, and a kitchen. The deck is also generously sized and offers space for sunbathing, sleeping, or reading a book while sailing. A typical day starts with an early wake-up call to go ashore by tender and practice Hatha yoga. Upon returning onboard, breakfast awaits you. Next comes sailing followed by a lunch break where everyone helps out in the galley. After some relaxation, we set sail once more, making the most of the wind to enjoy ourselves and reach our overnight destination. At each evening's destination, we meditate before dinner. FROM 30/05 TO 06/06 - 2026 Yoga retreat aboard a sailboat surrounded by the magic of the Amalfi Coast and Capri Island Departure and arrival points during this weekly journey take place at Pier Manfredi, situated within the Port of Salerno, which lies right in the heart of the town. Those choosing to join just some parts of the trip can arrange their embarkation and debarkation beforehand directly with the skipper throughout the planned itinerary. Minimum duration onboard is three nights; however guests may also opt for full participation over seven consecutive nights. Each morning starts promptly when participants rise early to head out onto shore via dinghy where they practice Hatha Yoga. Upon getting back underway after class there's always freshly prepared breakfast awaiting all passengers. The rest of each day involves setting sails then stopping off enroute for lunchtime meals that require collective effort across deck (galley). Following leisure activities post mealtime, hoist mainsail once more striving against prevailing winds whilst enjoying entertainment provided until reaching evening anchorage site. At end of daily voyage prior dining hour group meditates together onshore location chosen accordingly based upon tide times & safety considerations. Evenings provide opportunity social interaction amongst fellow travelers sharing tales maritime adventures interspersed personal anecdotes while cleaning shared living space communal areas ready overnight slumber ahead. Daily schedule allows ample free time exploring local islands coastal towns either walking cycling etc depending weather conditions suitability particular locations visited overall ensuring memorable experience every guest involved!
