Khinkali master class

The event includes: Greeting guests with a glass of wine. A welcome drink! Getting to know one another. Sharing some tales about Maxs' adventures and misadventures at Morris'. We’ll shape our dumplings out of prepared dough that we fill with ground beef before pickling them with sliced red onion; chop up fresh coriander leaves, peppermint sprigs, and hot chilli peppers for garnish... Conversations grow loud as people discuss everything under the sun - including their political views and culinary tips & tricks. Every guest makes seven Khinkalis (Georgian stuffed pastries) during this workshop plus gets served half a cup of fine Georgian wine on top of it all… And don’t forget your greens, garlic sauce, Dijon Mustard or Adjika seasoning – they might just prove useful later on too!
